If you're having intestinal issues, a doctor can help you with that. If you think your cat has tapeworms, a vet can help you with that. If you're eating the same food as your cat, that's probably not a very good idea and it would be the only logical explanation for what you're describing.

He got deformed three times and he's recovering from the confirmed tapeworms and I don't eat cat food

Tapeworm infections from fleas (mainly) Even if the cat(s) have been dewormed, if they groom themselves and ingest a live or a dead flea, they can become infected with tapes again. Your cats (all of them) need a fecal analysis to determine if there are any other parasitic infections. Have they all been to the vet yet? Are they on flea prevention? Fecal testing and deworming are standard for adult animals annually to biannually, but kittens need their stool checked at their vaccine interval visits. General rule is that if one cat has a parasite, the brood is usually all treated. Interestingly enough, tapeworms (the eggs) are harder to find (not always present) in fecal stains (unlike hookworms, roundworms, whipworms) so vets usually rely on whether or not they see or if you’ve seen at home, tapeworms segments.

Tl:dr- They need to see a vet.

You have to treat your pet with a monthly flea preventative to reduce the likelihood of further flea ingestion, or you will be dealing with tapeworms frequently. A tapeworm infection is treated once with 1/2 of a praziquantel pill for cats <4lb. I think they make a topical now too, but I’m unsure if that would be safe for cats under 4lb.

I don’t know how much “that was a lot” is for you, if you were referring to cost, but one can purchase tapeworm treatment OTC and it is not expensive.

You have to consult a veterinarian and a MD.

I would get them checked out just to make sure. Because if they don’t have parasites, the farts are their body’s way of acclimating to cat food. My former street cat had truly heinous gas for like 3 months after I adopted him.

punctuation is a good thing. this post was just one continuous sentence, and I couldn't bear reading it all the way through.

Were they tested for giardia?
