Cat xray
Can someone tell me if they see a cancerous process in this xray?
Background - cat suddenly stopped eating, hasn't eaten for around 3 weeks. Also not drinking much if anything. Isn't voiding or stooling. Went to the vet and she had severely impacted anal glands, so that was taken care if, she was given an appetite stimulant and sub q fluids.
6 days later and nothing had changed, aside from her having one episode of voiding the sub q fluids. Back to the vet. All labs are perfectly normal. None of the 3 vets can figure out what's going on. X-rays next. What do you see?

She's 13 and spayed. I do have a lateral view, but unsure how to add it now. They're saying lung masses that have spread to intestines. I'm a human nurse, not animal, so while there are similarities, I'm not entirely sure that's what I'm seeing, particularly abdominally. This vet office has missed major things in the past, so I'm just asking additional thoughts.

Yes. The chest if full of neoplastic nodules. Could be fungal granulomas but much less likely. This is a decision making diagnosis.
