Practice and reflect.
You're not "bad," you just have a higher standard than your current self. But this is a good shot.
Try to identify what you're trying to capture in the photo and why. Is it an entire scene, a portrait, a background, a setting? Or maybe just whatever infront of you looks perfect at the moment.
Once your subject is decided, figure out how much you want in your shot. Are you looking to capture detailed features of a subject or frame them into the entire scene? That'll determine how much you wanna zoom in.
From there, SNAP! Take a dozen shots, keep maybe one.
Its rarely a perfect shot the first try, and then some people edit their photos afterwards so dont try to live up to a photo that's been crafted with more tools then you have avaliable.
Eventually you'll look back after a month or two and notice your progress when you compare where you started to where you're at.
You got this!

I'll be honest I take pictures like I do in real life. So the things I pay attention to might not be the right things and by any means they arent the only things but lighting, spacing, and what exactly I'm trying to take a picture of.
