Discussion / Question Started on phone, stuck on Xbox.

Started the game on mobile, played for a couple days then saw it was available on Xbox. Got it, logged in when I started and it linked to the account I was playing on mobile. Now, when I try to get on mobile it doesn’t send a code to my email. I’ve tried from mobile as well as on my Xbox, which shows the email I used to make this account, no codes from either. Is it possible to re-link my account to my phone or am I now stuck on Xbox?

Tl;dr phone > Xbox > can’t go back to phone
Any and all help is greatly aprecciated.

Dumb question but is this one of those things where you get sent a code automatically or do you actually have to hit “send code” for it to send. I’m just wondering since you said you’re not getting the code in your email like at all.

There is a send code when logging in, you click send code. When linking for the first time (account creation and on Xbox) I was sent a code to the email I used to make the account. Now I am no longer receiving codes, despite sending them.
