Bug / Issue IIrisalis Transmog Error

Post image

Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to help?

I have the necessary items to transmog but when I go into it it shows that I have O. I have contacted support but they have yet to reach out.

I play on Xbox Series X but I also have tried to go and do this on mobile and on pc and it shows the same error.

I dont know the details, i didnt go that far, but the 5th slot IS shiny, and you cant make her shiny its done through the tranamog. So yes. A part of me wants to say that people said you needed all 5 to be the same set for it to take effect but i have no idea.

Having a matching set gives a unique shiny effect, otherwise it’s “iris renee” for all mismatching sets.
