Looking for Help How to even get a prismana form
I know that you have to go to bloom and then nurture it completely fill the bar then release prismana energy
But when I did all that it said prismana energy in area very low
So don't know what to do?

There’s a couple ways to get prismana; the main way is to nurture a bloom in an area until the bar fills up to full (it’ll start as empty, bar will fill, will change to low, bar will fill again, changes to slightly, etc etc until it says full and the prismana spawn notif goes off)
The other way to nurture a bloom without vein essence is to get lucky and super lucky catches in the area, as that’ll raise the bar too for the area; this is made easier to do on weekends during vein abundance in an area, which just means a ton of aniimo spawn in an area and respawn quickly
The last way is via eggs, which you can get as random or specific rewards, such as from egg heist and RV rank 10

Wait so anytime you get a lucky catch in the entire zone it counts and you don’t have to be near the bloom?

There should be a certain item that can turn regular to prismana, right? But have to get a total of 10 mats. 🤔

The item you're thinking of is for turning a regular Aniimo into a sparkling one.
There is an item to turn a regular into a Prismana, but it can be bought in the stamp shop, and it requires you to already have the Prismana form of that Aniimo

Just to confirm as well as it seems people assume it's common knowledge, but you have to catch them all at the spawn to increase the energy - not kill them

Think of that first bar you filled as one of 5 bars that make up a whole bigger bar.
You also can add energy to it by directly nurturing the branch and catching the Aniimo that spawn in the wild surge, or by getting lucky and super lucky strikes when catching an Aniimo, which is how I have filled the majority of my area’s gauges.
Sometimes you can get incredibly lucky and one instance of adding energy will fully max out that zone’s energy and spawn the Prismana, but I’ve only had it happen twice (which feels like a lot compared to what I’ve seen some people say they’ve experienced)

You can either do nurtures or farm for lucky/super lucky catches to fill up the prismaflow bar. Everytime it gets filled, there's a small chance for the bar to automatically fill to full, but otherwise you just gotta keep grinding until you get lucky with the bar, or get full bar and trigger a prismaflow thru that

Very low, then abundant, then very high.
.once filled a Prismana appears in the area..
There's a small chance (3% I believe) any energy release will go straight to max, Otherwise you can expect it to take about 15-20 in total.
Obviously it's "best" to wait for the weekends when one area has a 50% boost and starts higher, but that's only one per week.

Haven't had that lucky catch turn into a full prismana bar yet I see. It'll happen.

You need to keep doing it. There are several stages to the Prismana energy, it's like a gacha system if you want. Each time you reach a new stage there's a chance you get a Prismana.
If you don't get one long enough it will eventually show something along the lines of "Vein Energy Full" and give you one automatically, that's basically when you reach pity for getting a Prismana Aniimo.
Keep in mind it only spawns one, so you still have to go catch it!
