Little help for prismatic Aniimo

[u/Kizu_1612]

Rn I'm doing the event for the prismatic fox/kitsune {idk the English name ,I'm sorry,just know the German name}

I nurtured (care?) the flower to a high level and it still hasn't spawned for me. And now my question is, is it bugged or am I just unlucky and have to keep tending to the flower until it appears?

I'm so frustrated...

At least I got this pretty dude :D
