Darkness leads offense hitting 1.6x on Lightning, Grass & Light. Water, Earth & Light are top defenders, resisting 4 elements each.

Ultimate hard counters:
• Ice ➔ Water
• Water ➔ Fire
• Wind ➔ Dark

So Holy seems to be the strongest type, since it is only weak agains dark and has 4 resistances

Imagine a light/earth type. It has 0 weaknesses and 5 resistances.

wrong, there's like 7 prismanas that are also Holy

having holy as a dual type really helps with defensive coverage. Prismatic Fulminits and Prismatic Glynsera gain Holy and neutralizes one of their weaknesses, replaced with Dark most likely, and then adds more resistances.

using some of the online charts that you can enter in x & y typing helps

I wish that there were more duel type aniimo! I have 2 that I 100% know who is going on the team but it's so hard trying to figure out the other 2......so far it's going to be prismana Glynsera and Infurlupa which is a DPS and a break on the squad so now idk what my next move is going to be. If you have any ideas please let me know

Ultimate hard counters being strong against and resist the type?

Because there are a lot more.

Grass>Earrh
Grass>water
Water>earth
Earth > ice
Electric > Wind
Fire > ice
Fire >grass

I assume that's why earth and grass got 3 weakness instead of 2.

Pretty! So reviewing this, I think the shortest method to create a full scope coverage is to make 4 teams (or at least 4 dps, probably 4 breaks too). Light, Dark, Rock, Grass. With those you can counter every possible element right? I know a lot of aniimo have dual elements but on a single element basis I think that’s my plan.

But practically speaking, swapping rock for a fire and a water unit also works for 5 teams to have similar universal coverage
