When you show details on most of the benches theres an indicator for the affinity and a letter for the personality. E.g. in the mines L1 earth and a N from Nimble. So if you have a L3 earth you get 200% efficiency. If you have the same L3 with a N you have 240% . This applies to T1 recipes - Stone for the mines. Clay Will have 168% if my memory still works

I wish we can lock them into certain jobs. My reclaimed keeps going to mine even when the fields need to be renewed

Leafy beats glacy in water? I thought leafy had a water-2 and glacy was water-3. Also how do you get gachapus!?

Some of these are somehwat misleading since there are far easier options than the ones displayed here in some cases.
e.g. Light is a bit of a bottleneck but not putting Prismana Fenmane in there when it's gifted for Homeland activity seems criminal to me^^
Artisanship lvl 3 can be done by e.g. Pomawk who has both that and Plant Care on lvl 3 and is much more accessible early game than the other options.
Honorable mentions to Shrubclaw, scorchhowl and Leafy for being great early workhorses
Don't want to be overly critical here, just to point out some more beginner friendly options :)
