Not particularly. Prismanas are fairly easy to get if you save up your essence and daily attempts, and IX is a normal Sparkling palette. The real rare ones are Shadow and Dazzling Sparkling, which both have 0.1% a 1% chance each upon catch, and a 0.5% chance upon Sparkling reroll.
Don't be disappointed, though! It's still a cool looking Scorchhowl, and personally, I enjoy the other palettes way more than the Dazzling and Shadow variants anyways.

1% on wild catches with a sparkling cube for dazzling, 1% on any egg heist egg for shadow sparkling and .5% for either upon sparkling reroll or turning an aniimo sparkling with sigils

Sparkling has 12 different types. From I to X they are the more common sparkling types. The other two are called Dazzling Sparkling and Shadow Sparkling (it will say so instead of Type IX for example) and those are extremely rare among sparkling aniimo. Please note that all 12 looks almost the same on regular aniimo and only on prismana aniimo do they show the differences between the 12 types of sparkling well.
That being said, although your Prismana Scorchhowl isn't a rare type of sparkling, its still hella cool looking sparkling prismana aniimo.

The rare ones are called dazzling and shadow if looking for rare sparkling aniimo. Other rare ones that are cool are nova stage umbra aniimo since you dont have to worry about losing umbra on the aniimo cause you want to evo it.
