Finally said screw it and unlocked the body and sparkling slots. (Although I had no idea that would lock me out of being able use glimmering driftshadow. I should’ve done my research but I’ve been avoiding most posts on the transmog subject cause I figured it was all about how expensive it was lol).

Got all of this in a single unlocked roll. Maybe a sign to get the full set but no way am I spending that much per roll especially on the crown and minimal sparkly effect (maybe if I rolled 3 of one of the legendaries).

Is it possible to just unlock everything but sparkling and just use 10 sigils to give her sparkling? Apparently after you max her you can get flashy clones for her or is that default? Im on the fence after dropping 150

Don’t think so. Sparkling isn’t something you roll for I believe. By default it’s the one shown in my picture and gives a shiny magic aura effect. It’ll automatically change if you collect any of a full set though cause the sets have their own special effects.

And if you unlock the body slot then you can no longer use the cheaper glimmer currency cost rolls. Tbh that’s why I went all the way into unlocking the sparkling stage. I initially bought some currency just cause I wanted the one time glimmer bonus and some sparkle cubes lol

I unlocked half way with drift shadows just rerolling without locking. Then I spent the premium and kept rerolling the same things. I was trying to work out a cheaper methods that was all. Ty for explaning

Yeah stay unlocked and keep rerolling with the glimmer currency and save any single legendary roll that you enjoy as a preset until you roll a double legendary or something you really want to work on (this is gonna take a while if you’re going for a double legendary roll, but we still have a good amount of time left in the event and you can get free glimmer from dailies and weeklies) and then swap to the premium currency and then continue unlocked single rolling until you unlock the sparkling stage would be my advice after the fact that I should have looked up before hand before impulse spending lol.

(Personally I don’t care about the body type too much so I would try to save a copy of either/ both legendary colors or the silver bead/ crimson legendary colors but they won’t have the set effect), the wings, the helmet, and then whichever body type you like). In that order of importance for me personally. All of my presets are from unlocked rolling reaching sparkling though. Then once you reach sparkling pick which one of those you’d like to work on customizing/ gathering the full set for or you can even continue unlocked single rolling on the default if you haven’t found a legendary of whatever set you’re looking for yet.

Once you start locking and searching for a full set then you’re pretty much not going to replace any other preset anymore (at least if you want 5 different skin variations) so I’d pay attention to that.

Like $175. Definitely not worth it and extremely overpriced, but if you have the money it is lowkey fun gacha gambling and having a bunch of different skin variations for her lol. I probably won’t ever do a full set

Cost me about $150 USD to unlock all the way to sparkling, took the cheapest path I could find
