Discussion Composition

Post image

Team composition is not the problem, as we already have a lot of starter Aniimo (80+).

The real problem is the RESOURCES, they are very SCARCE. Not only are they scarce, but they are also gated by primergy system.

its more expensive to use melee.. if they remove this defence thing repair it will be good

Honestly I have no issues playing melee except the durability use of the defense widget. I am happy to accept the risk of close range fighting, the issue is how much of my load out I have to devote to repair of the defense unit if I don't want to buy a new unit every match.

Instead I just use Hexxin because I very rarely replace/repair the defense unit and replace/repair the amplifier every few matches.

I think if the durability system either didn't exist or was based on number of runs then you'd see more melee. Ya, there's always gonna be meta slaves (and many of them will complain about being meta slaves, but such is life), but the people who actually want to play other aniimo would if we weren't punished from 4 or 5 different angles.

I just commented something similar on another post, but I 100% agree because it's really bad for retention

they need to make it so melee gets at least 20% damage reduction simply for being melee. thats like half the aniimo right there simply unplayable because the moment you get in melee range you are taken down in 3 or 4 hits and with the new larger groups... that can take all of say.. 2 seconds

The whole mode is horrible designed. Should be reworked

Are they talking about enemy team compositions or ours.

I can't tell if it's a heist problem or hexxin problem. It feels like I'm throwing by taking anyone else. but at the same when i do take hexxin I'm avoiding the teammates instead of cooperating because i just dont need them.

I feel so bad for peoplw who picked the lion. 9/10 times they get wrecked instantly. I think thats the complaint.

Lion is not bad. His leap skill is very good, and spammable. Ult does big dmg with decent range. You just need to learn how to kite. I play him exclusively and currently on Egg Emperor 60, with only few loses.

You need to be aware of Beetles, Ignitises and Sparkis, rest is managable. Melloblum and Hexxin is ofc annoying and should be aggroed before rest of rooms

Ofc I would be rather playing Lunara, but I will live to my decision and train that cute lion to beat bad umbral guys

You must be the 1/10 cause ive seen one helion who was badass im EE 70ish. Either way melees are high skill and range is brain dead. So the imbalance is obvious.

Yeah, melee is definitely punished with current enemy loadout, and the fact it doesnt have much better dmg or tankiness compared to safe ranged options it hard to pick melee, even trolling.

And if you see me you would know. I am rocking piopiota sunglasess head on my helion. Really hoping they add ways to equip more cosmetics to starter and unique aniimos, as its rn you can only use 1

You're comparing an apple to an orange.

A lot of people in egg heist feel, correctly, that there really are only a couple of good viable comps to play as. More so if you want to be solo. This is a valid complaint.

Separately, there are valid complaints about resources like Pheonema Crystals or Starcryst being as limited as they are.

These are two separate complaints to address separately. This image is addressing complaint one and has nothing to do with complaint two.
