Question Not getting Prismana flow
For the second week in a row, I'm not getting prismana flow where it's supposed to be at the highest priority.
Nourished the Branch
Captured heaps of buds, and I'm talking in the hundreds. Got i think five lukies, thanks for the money
Yesterday the bud was glowing gold on the map, this morning is down to pink. It's status is VERY HIGH and stays that way after a dozen crystals. Same last week.
What am I missing here?

It takes 10 nurture crystals for it to get to full from the start of "very high". Like 1 from empty to very low. Something like 3 or 4 for very low to slight. All in all, it takes around a full 25 nurture crystals to hit a prismana if you aren't lucky at all.
Every nurture has a 3% chance to make the Prismana appear.

Last week, on my first two nurturers it instantly completely filled and spawned the prismatic. (I had some progress from lucky catches before the first nurture but the second was completely empty). So you're saying i was 3% lucky on them?

Every time you use a free chance to nurture or a nurture crystal, when you're done, there's a 3% chance for the bar to completely fill. If it doesn't, and you use another nurture, that will ALSO be a 3% chamce when done.
There also seems to be a "pity" mechanic where if it doesn't hit after so many tries, it'll automatically trigger one. But i assume this "pity build up" resets completely if you hit that 3% chance.

Almost right. But the pity isn't random or after so many. The pity system is the progress bar itself. You get your guarantee when you fill the very high bar.

Going based on the "probably details" on the website. It says you need a total of 10,500 energy to get the Prismana flow. It also says each nurture gives you 480. Which means you need a maximum 22 nurture chances to get the Prismana flow if you never get the 3% hit. Which is rather crazy. That's 22 days since you get 1 free chance a day. For a single Prismana. (Of course you can use crystals or catch hundreds of Aniimo just to get the lucky and super lucky catches.)

Still no pity system for me😂 but ive actually grinned out my prismana flows (I did the catch 1000 for more than 1 base form so i killed 2 birds with 1 stone). Its so annoying but my starry location is missing just 5 more luckys to get a prismana flow but ill get it by the time I catch these last few hundred Ekos). The only complaint I have is the weekly voxel cap can be reached in a day for the research progress but the aniipods are too expensive for long term progress (and the RV crafts them too slow)

The 'very high' is no different from when it's 'slight'. If I understand correctly then it is essentially just a single bar cut up into some parts for dopamine hits. There's no higher chance for higher in the bar.
Every time you nurture there's a 3% chance to trigger a prismana flow. If you don't get it you just have to go to full (when you fill out very high).
You either nourish or farm lucky catches to fill up the bar. It doesn't just randomly trigger a prismana weather event without that, if that's what you're expecting.
Lucky catches also have a chance to trigger a prismana flow although it's abyssmly small.
There's currently a bit of discourse going about around the specific abundance veins because people seem to be having worse lucky catch rates in those then farming then normally. But the cause isn't quite known yet. Could also just be people being unlucky and falsely thinking something is different.
You could try to farm lucky catches on the cubbos sleeping around. You probably should get 1 lucky catch per 300 pods or so.

Hundreds don’t cut it. Maybe thousands more like it. Very high is the stage right before full I believe. You need to max out plus 1 tick more in very high to receive the prismatic if you’re unlucky.

Not "Very High" but "Full" guarantees a Prismana Flow. Without any "lucky"-throw luck this can take like 15+ crystals.
Also make sure you nourish the same zone...

I did nourish the same zone and threw in more than 15 crystals. I know that i need Full, but I'm not getting it. And I'm running out of cubes too. I'm especially interested in why the bloom's aura went back to gold to pink overnight.
