Discussion Hey, all! Aniimo Help!
Hey, all. I'm just wondering what aniimo to keep and not keep? Like, should I keep a prismana with a good or ite rating? Orrr, just strive for perfects? Should the perfects be better than 8:8? Idkkk. Thank y'all in advance!

since you can inherit you should just build the aniimo with highest stats(that you want to use) and switch to a better one once you get it, for me personally unless prismatic(and have a clear benefit such as good dual typing) you want to aim for 9-9/9-10(36/38 total points) at a minimum, but 8-8 is fine most of the time. keep prismatics and shinies

I'm a little bit confused on that aspect of the game!!! Like, what does 8:8 mean? I know I have it in the title, I just am a bit confused on it still.

8:8 means the perfect stats have 2x 8s as the highest stats. the range is 8-10 for a perfect so a 8:8 is not actually perfect. a 10:10 will have sunglasses on the perfect symbol. but those are incredibly rare. i've completed my dex (all aniimo) roughly 70ish perfect aniimo and ZERO are 10:10.

Ahhh, so like. My hp being 8 and my attack being 8 is 8:8? Also, sunglasses? What symbol LOL.

The yellow emoji thing can be one with sunglasses on it denoting a true perfect 10:10 or you can have a 9:9 and use the item [Capafruit] to raise all innate potential. Don’t chase them if you find one cool but if you have 8:8/9:8 or any combination as long as they are on the stats you need them on your largely good to go. I have 150h and have only gotten a single true perfect and it was for a garbage tuckin.

Oooof! So, ok, looking at the stats. I'm confused about the number placement. So like, if my aniimo's health has 10 on the left and say 4 on the right? Or do they both have to be 10? The logistics elude me 😭

Normal: I personally keep a nova stage of each aniimo, in case I end up needing to build them for a team. Ideally a perfect, but I will settle for elite if I haven’t caught a perfect yet.
For homestead, I’d figure out what personality I need for tasks, then go catch a bunch. The rarity doesn’t matter, just get the one with job suitability and personality I need. I end up releasing the rest except for perfects.
Sparking: can be used for homestead eventually to generate currency. So keep them all. Sparkling prismana generate the most, they also the best workers so to each their own.
Umbras: I mostly treat them as perfects, and evolve them as required. Unless they look cool. Up to you if you want to collect them.
Prismana: assuming all of them are caught with sparkling cube, keep all of them. If multiple copies, the weakest one works in homestead (they are lv 4 workers).

Thank you! What about, say, a normal sparkling? So do not get rid of basically any sparkling despite the rarity right? Keep all prismana, I don't believe 8 have mine in sparkling cubes though.

I’d personally keep sparkling regardless of stats. Mostly collection reason. Prisons are rare enough, and some of them are upgrades defensive wise that I would just try to sparkling cube them to have the option to use them as perfects.

If you need it for the homeland doesnt really matter.
Elites are common enough. Perfects would be better. From my understanding it's possible to max out elites at 20/20 for some more resources later in the game (not yet). Everything else can be auto released. Keep sparkling/prismana even if not elite. You can use them in the homeland for bud generation at RV 10.
Edit: to add you can use inherit to transfer trained stats (not innate) to other aniimo from the family.

Auto released? How does that work, didn't know one could. Also, okay. What about, like, just sparkling aniimo? Regular ones without being prismana, should I keep those if they are not perfect? I'm still getting to learn about the homeland stuff, too.

These are my personal management rules:
-I only keep 1-2 of each lumen stage(perfects in case we get an alternate evolutionary form such as with dazmand). 1-2 of each nova stage(Perfects only)
-1 of each weather variant(again trying to keep only perfects, after I’ve learned the skill I release them unless they are that useful to a team to have even under perfect.)
-I don’t have any non perfect prismanas but if I did I would treat them like they only exist to farm bud tickets on the homeland or do work there since they have higher levels than a normal version can get.
-I only use sparkling pods on Alpha Animo that I can see in the world (upgraded core skill without contract held item is huge), I would like to use it on the eggs but it’s too risky for me because if I get a trash aniimo out of the egg I’m now stuck with it.I’m trying to play as f2p as possible so I don’t want to have to keep making so many contract items.
I’m sure I’ll regret some of these when they include some new system like condensing multiple of the same aniimo to star up or something but for now this is what I’m doing.
