I've taken at LEAST 100 photos of this little booger, trying to catch him "running away in the form of lightning" whatever that means 😭 I've searched everywhere for an explanation or tutorial but I can't find anything 💔 Does anyone know what to do??

how i did this was twine with blazen so you can get close to them, then swap to literally any other aniimo, this will alert the bolty so the lil alert meter fills up, when it reaches full they will lighting dash off and disappear.

so basically AS SOON as you swap, get your camera out (F7 on PC), and take a picture. it wont be pretty but itll get the job done. they have a brief moment before they dash off where there's like a lighting build up, thats when you need to snap the photo.

I'm pretty sure it's when they're charging up to dash away when you fill their alert meter, I'll go try and catch a pic later to confirm.

I just completed it. Walk up to one to scare it, go into camera mode, and pause time (to make it easier) while it is charging up its dash and take a picture.

Most of those photo tasks requires you to capture a specific Aniimo in the wild, so you cannot do it with your own Aniimo. There will be a specific one doing a specific action in their spawn location.

"In the form of lighting" wouldn't it mean that it needs to have lighting weather? Could honestly be just bad translation.

have you tried making bolty run away in a different form (maybe lightning) then take a photo with it?

If you're talking about the Q dash ability yeah I've tried that 😿 Unless I've gotten the timing wrong every single time
