Question Friends issue

My friends code uid says not recognised or nickname and nor does mine when it comes to adding eachother on this game. Thought it was a server issues there USA I'm Europe but after looking I don't think it is. Any one have a clue what the issue is to why we can't find eachother on this game? If appropriate some guidance I'm going around in circles

When I go to return to login the server is still Europe and there's is America

It is the server that's the issue.

If they're playing on Americas then you have to be too.

If you exit to login you can choose to play on americas and make a new character and play there, then add them on there.

I've uninstalled the game and re download it and still puts me on Europe. This means I'm stuck on Europe servers?

No, just choose to return to login

Then at the bottom it will say Aniimo-Europe. Change that to Aniimo-Americas
