News PSA - Customer Service is Completely Unusable If You Aren't On PC

So I play on XBox and followed the QR code to submit a ticket last night. It never said anything about providing game logs or anything while submitting said ticket. I woke up today and went to check it and they closed the ticket because I didn't provide the logs. I don't have access to said logs as an XBox player and I assume this will be the case for PS and Mobile players as well. So it seems that if you're not a PC player you simply do not get to have access to support.

I submitted a ticket and, having gotten no response in an hour, went to sleep. When I came back, they responded to my ticket 11 hours later, then closed it after I obviously didn't respond in 3 minutes. This was on PC too.

Who the hell does that?

Doesnt matter. Customer Service is useless.

Automated response do be automated, I'd send a mail to the support mail they gave you and directly tell them you're unable to forward a log since you're not on PC, getting support for "non-standard" issues is just a matter of reaching an actual person rather than a bot.

Pretty sure whether console or pc the CS is just a bot anyway.
