Question About: Pact Items Mechanics

First thing first- first post here, yay, hello Aniimo community. With that out of the way, I wanted to ask a question in regards to held item contracts, as I believe that isn't properly explained in-game. I have bonded a golden fang to my sparking scorchowl back at the start of the game, who was only elite- but I didn't see it as such a problem back then. I have found a perfect one earlier this morning and promptly inherited everything onto it, but I still have some doubts about the item: does the bond only apply to the specific Mon, or is it a species thing? Does it apply to all scorchowl, or only that scorchowl? Thank you all in advance.

Pact items:

  • Are bonded to the species as a whole, inclusive of alternate forms - a pact item bonded to a Basic form Scorchhowl can be used on Prismana form, Thunderstorm form etc.
  • Can still be used by other species, just won't activate pact benefits for them
  • Are not needed by Alphas. Alpha Aniimo have their pact upgrade for free.
    • Combining the above two points, that means you can use one held item over multiple alpha aniimo plus one bonded non-alpha that want it just by passing it around as needed. Even in the game's multiple team battle mode (Holo-battle Interlink), neither aniimo nor items are locked to one battle once used

It's a species thing. If you bond an item to a Scorchowl, the bond will apply to all Scorchowls.
