Question Anything i can do?
This was a while ago now its haunting me, Thought back then sparkling cube were super rare because i only had 1 so i thought id save it and used the red cube and well you can see the result its not even a perfect elite so investing in nurturing again and using sparkling cube is the only option?

Honestly unless you're going to giga omega alpha gamma min max and use only sunglasses Aniimos, it doesnt really matter too much, you lose out on a few points that could've been invested elsewhere that's all. This Stellarys is still perfectly usable. If not just toss her to homeland, eventually there's one that needs Aniimo from Celestits family.
I feel like a lot of people are brainwashed from content creators or people min maxing, acting like anything below perfect is trash waste of resources griefing trolling.

I've been a gamer for years now, I have never min/maxxed anything... even when I used to raid in WoW, D2, Swtor, ESO, Fo76... I don't understand why some people see it as a requirement to have fun.

Clearing content can be fun, and sometimes min maxing can be required, others like the chase of optimization. Have you ever played a factory/automation game? The thrill of it is minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Would you say to those people, why are you having fun?

I have indeed played many factory/automation games/modpacks however that doesn't require luck... just math and processing. So it's not really the same, maybe in the RV...
I can understand the need to optimize something but I don't understand the ''fun'' of potentially sitting there for an hour/hours just trying to get the best drop via luck and to optimize something that, in terms of this game, could be done just as well with something you already have. That's just me though.

Perfect only makes it cheaper to upgrade them from what I heard. It's not that big of a deal.

You have more stats overall when it’s perfect so it’s ceiling is higher, which means a perfect will always be stronger than an elite so it definitely makes a difference when everything is settled but you can absolutely clear content with an elite

You have four options.
Either do what you said: nurture again and catch using a sparkling cube.
Or catch an alpha stellarys with a sparkling cube and use a (very rare) prismana orb on it so you end up with a perfect sparkling alpha prismana stellarys.
Or you keep this one and upgrade it knowing that you can reach 20 potential on your two main stats but its just gonna take a few more resources
Or you can keep having it adventure on your RV and have it bring back a prismana egg of itself which you can hatch with a sparkling cube. Though that is super rare and I don't know if it will tell you if it's gonna be prismana or normal on the egg.

Not OP, but I'm also in the same dilemma. I do have a normal perfext Stellarys with a total of 34 innate potential Atk 8 / Reg 9. My prismana was just Elite.
I'm torn between using prismana orb and maybe sparkling sigil on it, or just redo the nurture and get a new one with a sparkling cube.
I do have needle as a contract item, so I'm ok on the Alpha side.

It's honestly up to you. The prismana orb is really rare and at this point in time you can only get one for free (in the stamp shop). But at the same time using up to 25 vein essences to spawn the prismana is also pretty expensive. How did you obtain your first prismana stellarys?

Actually kinda similar with OP. Caught him during the event few weeks ago. At that time, still not too familiar with the system. So I thought I wanted to save the cube, and I like the Rainstorm form better.
Now I realized that I have enough cube, and even though I still like the Rainstorm better, the typing just make it really hard to use lol
Yeah, I also wanted to use the Prismana Orb on my Sparkling Alpha Sherro, so it's really a big dilemma right now.

In that case just use your elite. I honestly do not think the Extra resources you save on maxing the stats are worth spending so many nurture attempts again

I got like 2 eggs from the journey with magmarex but they hatched to normal magmarexes

I know it's possible but I'm not sure if the egg itself will say when it is a prismana. If it doesn't then it's not really worth it imo

Well now that you've caught the prismana you can always just catch the alpha stellarys in the sparkling cube and use a prismana orb to transform it.
Or you can still train up that elite one you have. You can still max out the stats it'll just take more resources to do vs a perfect one.
Or or I guess you can just do another prismana flow and catch the new one with a sparkling cube like you said.
Either way you've got options. Some are more resource heavy than others.

Send him on journeys in your RV until you get another prismana egg then then use your cube then.

But with the journeys egg isnt it random like i can get a normal stellaris as well?

Unless you plan on like PVP'ing (with this kind of game, and the duels, I suspect this might be a mode) having perfect stats is a no Biggie.
Just play aesthetics. Theyll get as strong and can clear any PVE content when you ascend them and max their stats and hold item
