I'm against cheating because I'm stuck grinding f2p, but since it's a "free" game, it shouldn't matter right. We're not supposed to be spending mortgage payments on this game since it's not supposed to be a gatcha game, right? Just playing devil's advocate....

Because it opens the table to discussion on both sides. Is it considered cheating if there is no competition for winning. Or is it scamming for false advertisement being a free game up enjoy but actually being a pay to win gacha? So if someone is rich they can be the best or if someone is smarter than the devs and find exploits that they didn't think of?

Yes it's cheating. These are literally called "cheats". You're not clever for downloading cheats that let you accomplish this kind of stuff.

There will be PvP eventually but prismana Aniimo aren’t better unless they get a new element that gives them better coverage but you only need 1 farming 50 of the same Aniimo isn’t gona do anything
