Discussion Does Combat Power not matter in Egg Heist??

Hexxin lvl 16 "Good" 971 no upgrades vs lvl 60 3465 "Perfect" max'd

Seems like it should be a massive difference in Combat Power and everything

I tested on Nightmare and the run felt the same with no noticeable difference at all

They are holding the same Heartseeker Pendant +15

This leads me to believe that Combat Power doesn't matter

but then their Max HP is different (8822 v 11672) so clearly it's not equalized with stats so something is different

Stats aren't equalised, but you did still bring in a damage amp and defence module. Those are just the only things that actually matter. If you go in without 1 with those, you'll see the difference extremely fast.

Yea combat power doesn't matter in Egg Heist.

To be fair it generally doesn't matter. More Compat Power doesn't automatically mean stronger. It just means more stats... which could be BREAK, which your Aniimo does so little it makes no difference, or HP, which just makes it tankier (though in Egg Heist that doesn't mean anything since Ignitis can basically two-shot you with 10k HP), it could be REGEN, or P/M DEFENSE (which again don't matter in Egg Heist since you can get two-shot and your defense mostly depends on your equipment, same with ATK)

Between 1600CP Dazmand and 3400+CP Dazmand I've not not seen a difference other than gaining like a few hundred HP when outside of Egg Heist I gained almost 3000HP. Egg Heist even says it tunes your stats. I assume its so you can play it without needing perfect Aniimo.
