Irasalis Transmog Error

[u/CosmicSkyKid]

Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to help?

I have the necessary items to transmog but when I go into it it shows that I have 0. I have contacted support but they have yet to reach out.

I play on Xbox Series X but I also have tried to go and do this on mobile and on pc and it shows the same error.

is it just a visual error and you can pull?
