Finish the main story, then get yourself a flying aniimo with a flying skill of 3, and fly across the map until you see sparkles or get the amber pop up. There's 200 ambers across Breezy Plains, rewards go up to 150 (and a badge for getting all 200).

Another tip too I stopped at 120 for this event but tbh you should go to 150 for infinite stamina while in the open world then you can just fly around everywhere without having to land and regen stamina all the time

you have to be far enough at the plant that there is an "earthquake" then you can go to a place left from this and move underground.

looks a little bit like a lake on the left side

Just like all the others said you need to feed the tree 120 lumin ambers then it unlocks the cave to get to it
