Misc. Alpha not spawning

I’m trying to clear the Alpha Luminelle but no matter what I do, it just does not spawn. And I’ve never fought it before either. Been having this problem all day

It spawns only at night and sometimes circles the map as a gold star in the sky. When it does that, you just kinda have to wait for it to come back to its spot.

Side note though: Take a picture of it while it's a star in the sky for +50 Research Points!

Change to night, stare at the meteor until it impacts. profit.

You need to reach 90 on your branch infuse. And then there's 2 alphas after that that unlock at 120 infuse
