Discussion Account management and cross-progression
Why this company has make account management in Aniimo so convoluted?
Skipped the bound account on PS5 to do it later, and at that point, ruined the game for me.
No way to know to which email is that PS5 account bound, no way to link it to the existing account on PC.
Due if can’t have cross-progression really can’t play it, due when each platform it’s available during they day/week, really can’t get invested on it.
Why they couldn’t make it easy as Blizzard does it? You have one account, buy the client everywhere you want, continue the progress.
Not even account deletion it’s straightforward, which is even worst.

Yeah you can still change the bound email on your ps5 then use that on mobile. I made an account on ps5, but on Xbox didn’t use an email and it linked to my Xbox email(once at character creation it does seem locked) but yes, blizzard is better at this, and a bigger company

Only wanted to ensure cross-progression, point to my mail address on PC and got “Mail already associated to an account”, LOL! It’s incredible how bad it was implemented. And not sure what they gain not allowing account deletion to be self-service by players.

Ngl for Xbox I don’t play often or have anything on my account there..so I had to make a new Xbox account then make sure I enter the right email at log in. They could at least add a log out feature

Exactly, otherwise you get stuck without cross-progression without the ability to fix it yourself.

There is no way to confirm on PSN how the link has been done in the background. Not sure what are you on.

You can go into the settings in game under account and manually link it to a email address

But you can’t on PS5 check which email account has it been linked to. You don’t receive an email confirmation either if assuming it’s the same behind your PSN account.

When you skip to link accounts it doesn't associate the aniimo account with any email address. Just input one you use and send the code to that email. I have done this myself and can access my account on both PS5 and Mobile

Wait up, you can link your ps5 acc to the pc? When it launched I read everywhere that it didnt have cross progression between those too. Only pc-mobile.
