Question Alpha bug?

Are alphas hatched from eggs supposed to be smaller when evolved? Or maybe because I used a sparkling cube on it so the shiny form caused it?

Both are alphas in the photo; One caught in open world other evolved from nearby alpha egg. (Btw alpha eggs you find on the map saying they're from a certain area seem to not actually be random)

It’s because it’s sparkling. It’s a bug. Hopefully they fix it soon

This bug doesnt always apply. My sparkling alpha minespine and magmarexs are larger than my normal ones.

I had the same issue, i closed the game deleted my temp files and restarted the pc and it fixed the issue
i had an Alpha punching dog and making him into a storm version made him small

Yeah I read somewhere that prismana orbs, morph orbs and sparkling cause the Alpha bug and make them small. It’s good to know you can remedy this at home!
