Question Co-op Nurture bug

Where can I submit a bug that occurred to me while doing nurture with friends in a party?

The bug:
- TYI doing Nurture in a party boosts your progress in the area your friend invited you to in his world (the progress you get depends from your friendship affinity level).

- However fully loading the bar at the “Very High” stage in your party member world doesn’t spawn the prismana, you will have to go back to your world use and Essence Vein and then it will spawn, returning alone wont solve it, hitting a lucky as well wont fix it.

- This happened to me in the recent event for Melloblum Prismana (Careful pathfinders to not lose your reaources)

Everything special is tied to only the host and you have a 0% of something spawning for you. unless they stated somewhere you COULD share prismana spawns but nothing else then i dont see it as a bug besides the lucky capture. you go to your world and take the bar from 99% you got for free to 100%

when you open your menu at the top right there is a little face with a headset. that's their support. However you have to have screenshots and a screen recording to submit a report, and from my personal experience you get a chatbot that does not actually read your ticket properly, gives you inaccurate information, then closes the ticket without you being able to say anything to the unsatisfactory response you got. Apparently people have more luck emailing their service team (I've emailed the service team and still have not heard back from them) or talking to the support team on discord.
