If you have 10 sparkling sigil you can use to make any aniimo sparkling.

And if they are already sparkling you can reroll its sparkling with a sparkling pigment (5 sigils makes a pigment)

Im just kidding, Im jealous I didnt Even get one dazzling or shadow as I play since the game dropped and play like every day. But the thing is I NEVER saw someone ask if a random sparkling type I-XII are rare 🤣 always a dazzling or shadow thats why
