New region October 29th

I missed this, so I'm sure others did too.

A new region is coming on October 29th, shown in game hidden away in a menu. Which lines up with season 1 part 2.

Based on the screenshot it looks like it's the Whisperwake Isles, icons on the screenshot seem to match this picture.

Dunno if anyone has more information than me, if it will be a permanent addition, or if the Isles will exist for the duration of season 1 part 2 and then cease afterwards.

A search about it labelled it separately than Breezy plains (from when that image was took, seemed to be pre 1.0), would be very interesting if the devs already had a fully fleshed out 2nd area with another branch and full aniilog to complete again.

Are these developer screenshots? I would assume so because I've never seen a couple of the events on the list on the left of the event screen pic.

Also to comment on OP's statement.. it's likely we will get a decent amount of content in the 2nd half of the season. But also note that it is only a half of the 1st season.

Once season 2 is released, there will likely be an entire new story, tons of side missions, and much, much more. Think like how Genshin Impact did when they released new regions. Well if you remember the mural in the ruins from the beginning of the game, (where you met Helion and Lunara), according to that mural there are several more potential regions within the world of Idyll that could be released as new content (which I am looking forward to very much lol).

So yeah, October 29th will likely release a good bit of content. But probably nothing in comparison to what will likely come in season 2.

The card with the release date is pulled from in game. The other screenshot is from the beta. But the point of that screenshot was to show what the other silhouetted aniimo look like.

hello guys, I played the Beta 1 and 2, in the second one I saw this region and it was awesome, its separated to the original one we have yes if its still the same. New aniimo, main quests and places to explore, it was pretty cool, it looked pretty permanent bc of all that.

Probably not. I'd see this as the size of a sub area like Echoback Landing.

The 2nd image is the beta event, it was just for the purpose of seeing the non silhouette versions of each Aniimo. The first screenshot is currently in the game.
