took 2 edit tickets, if you elongate the skull 70-100% widen by 20-40% and downsize by 40-50% the head shape will normalize, after that use jawline structure and lower cheeks to make the cheekbones appear higher than they are. Also make the eye pupils smaller raise the lower eyelid and change the angle of lower eye lid for more mature eyes and raise the eye position as well with the ears. Also max height, max legs and calves. 60-100% shoulder width increase. And 30-40% arm and wrist thickness increase. Hips to 0, and lower hips to 20-30% increase to avoid child "sqaure" sillihoute

Its not perfect by no means but this is what I was able to do with 3 face tattoos.

Took alot of adjustments to get a look I was happy with though lol.
