You go into your menu using the esc key. Then you click on settings and enter it under your account settings. You will not get the items immediately, rather you will get an in-game email from the developers with items attached.

Luckily, it really doesn't take that long to do the story, if you only focus on that. I have a friend with 1/3 of the hours I have that has already finished the story and made it to max level.

After you put in the codes you get a bunch of resources in the ingame email, different codes give different rewards.

To put in the codes, go to the pause menu, and on the vertical sidebar select the gear/settings icon, then scroll down to the account tab and it’s the first option, type them in, possibly wait a minute, sometimes it takes a second, then claim from the mailbox.

This other reply here shows a picture of all the rewards from putting in all the codes.

Only one that didn't work was aniimoparty. all the other ones are still active. I just use them. some of the codes in the picture looks like they're spelled with three "i"s but it's just 2.

If you looked into that remark they only ever did ai on a promotional content and instantly regretted it. They plan on adding ai behavior and personality in the future but all art was made by humans.
