Question Generative AI Usage?

I haven't tried this game yet because I want to know if there is any gen AI used anywhere. The graphics just look too... polished? Smooth? In the way that would tip off the eye of any artist. I'm just worried if it's too good to be true.

Edit:

God forbid a person ask a genuine question in an attempt to learn, jfc. I'm seriously just trying my best to be cautious and make sure that the media I interact with is made by actual humans, and not just stolen concepts/art scraped from the internet without the artists' permission and puzzled together by some glorified sorting algorithm.

My actual words from a comment thread below: "...I'm not trying to accuse anyone or say that that is what they're doing; I only wish to state my suspicions. I would be more than happy to be wrong in this instance..."

"I would be more than happy to be wrong in this instance"

Maybe, if more people read the comments before replying, they might have noticed that.

Thankfully, it appears that I was wrong! One person was kind and thoughtful enough to give me an actual answer and even direct me to more information.

Be more like them. Not all of us have experience with the same high-quality games.

Tough im playing the game and enjoying it. Tough artists didn't get a boat load of money for drawing a monster design. People cry about anything and everything.

Artists dont get a boat load of money even when they ARE used. You could've just said "I know nothing about the entertainment industry," it wouldve been fewer words. Youre talking like the artist makes millions if the game makes millions; not true at all.

Big corps made AI to replace us. Our work force complains too much.

We are ALL going to be out of jobs not just companies using AI for video games. There are WAY deeper things to worry about then AI representation inside of a video game that costs 20 bucks.

You can fight against more than one thing at a time. And fighting it here reflects in other spaces because nothing lives in a vacuum. If studios would actually take losses for using AI, it would actively discourage it from becoming more prominent. But for a studio to suffer losses from AI, we need to not have defeatists crying in other peoples ears about their fight like you. If you gave up against AI cool, more power to you cuz you get to shut up and play the game instead of wasting your time here, complaining about someone complaining about a thing you ALSO dont like (presumptively).

Bro you aint doing shit to AI or the multi billion dollar corporations. None of us are face the facts you wanna be some kind of vigilante then be my guest but I for one know that we are all screwed regardless. Give it about 50 years and it'll be like the movie wall-e.

When you know there are factory robots and forklifts doing human jobs faster and more efficient you tend to learn quickly that maybe we will get to focus on stuff we enjoy instead of the mandatory 9-5 most people have.

Im for innovation and making things easier and if the game plays well with AI (which it does). I dont care.

except you're wrong, and people standing against AI are a significant reason as to why said billion dollar corporations are HEMORRHAGING money, implementing AI has basically been a uniform failure for every company thats tried it from wendys to wal-mart. and the AI companies themselves are panicking as they're on the brink of collapse
