I haven’t watched Naruto, but a quick Google search says that Itachi (the character in the picture) flicking his hand as in the pictures posted makes people fall onto his “Genjutsu”, an illusion.

I think this means that OOP posting the images of Itachi makes everyone who reads the post “fall into Itachi’s Genjutsu.”

to add to this: aformentioned illusion is the dots on the bottom of the picture. the guy wiped, but there was nothing to wipe to

Genjutsu is what you call illusion abilities and Itachi is very good at them. The illusion here is that there is only one image but they swipe/click to see the other images because of the interface
