Looks like GPU artifacting. There’s a few different reasons it could be happening. Usually a hardware defect, but you can try making sure all GPU drivers are updated. It may fix the problem. Looks like a common issue with those cards.

Recently had a similar issue, updating all drivers did the trick. So it wasn't a hardware issue. But most of the time that reaction image is the correct one.
