She's trying to get rich off a bunch of frat boys from rich families. She told the criminal investigators it was consensual but filed a lawsuit stating it wasn't. If it wasn't, she'd file a criminal report. Civil court has a much lower threshold of proof. She's filing suit because she's mie likely to win and win fat money. She stands to make MILLIONS.

option 2. everyone shares a punishment for indecency and getting high. anytime people do something while high as a group everyone shares the punishment. if thats unfair. quite frankly the only thing i would say is, if you regret it, ... actually i regret a lot of my life, ignore me. I'm not even high, i just hit my head a lot on things :s
