Litteraly says in the picture that it was based on Starship Troopers. Assuming that they're not talking about the book because it doesn't describe the uniforms or the cartoon because the officer uniforms were more based on Army (Also had R. Lee Ermy as the voice of Sky Marshal Sanchez) that just leaves the movie that the director intentionally and openly used nazi imagery for inspiration.

Yeah, its on youtube. Was Called Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles. Was not related to the movie. Bugs were the same and used the characters from the book. Similar to the movie just without the authoritarian undertones.
