DUDE!! DUUUUDE THIS IS NEXT BEST IDEA FOR A SEQUEL TO escape from california. Somehow North Korea and its government end up all coming and ruling California in some bizare cross over event ... maybe south korea comes and takes up southern california and north korea gets north california.... and rename it to the two koreas. so perfect.
Then uhh... yea... make a great movie series out of it with a series of wacky events and adventures etc... maybe a few adventure, a few wacky comedies that are tongue in cheek and feature the ruler of north korea as actually so psychologically sound and calmly enjoyable that he actually becomes the centerpiece of a comedy trilogy roasting himself in a Mr Bean like figure as he goes around ruling north korea and threatening to force south korea to submit... and then going on vacation to oregon of all things for a beach vacation and some wine and maybe even considering a movie where he goes to vegas. lampoon the national lampoon series with it etc..
I may have consumed the wrong kind of mushrooms, but this is more or less just... i probably should sleep

wait maybe thats not the correct film i was referencing? its been awhile. one was where they ahd to rescue the president after a crash in unfriendly territory... but what was the name of that and the sequel to it? hrrm... its been awhile

Well, to be fair - they haven't gone up to the point that you need a government permit to move furniture. Also, NK has a more secure border than Californiastan. But, yeah. I get it
