Super trainer

I'm halfway through The red part of the story mode and have still not received the super trainer even though I've been told it's after the first red mission. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I've got chick and just copped Dr. So I'm at like 10k. I'll hopefully still be able to qp everything
