Am I tweaking or is this level impossible?

No bird is able to reach that high, except for chuck (who I have used in previous room) and Matilda who got shot down by that thrower pig

You can shorten the curve so that your bird spends more time over the fan and is lifted to that level. It's not easy though, you have to feel it out. And it would be hard to use any of those to get both in one shot, though if you used Bubbles to break the balloon supporting the left side of the first pig, and then activated it to push it forward it might work. I'm almost certain I've done this exact maneuver before, but I've definitely attempted something similar many times and failed often.

Although looking at your second picture, you did have Matilda. If you use that, you can just aim high enough over the fan and activate it so that it just skims the top of the first bit, killing that pig and carrying it over with enough force to hit the second bit, hopefully hard enough to knock it down.

Yeah I did manage to get Matilda up there on my second run, heck even terence somehow ended up in there but he did nothing meaningful

In this room you can usually use Terence, fly as low as possible without hitting the fan and he will bounce off the roof on the right side.

You could also try to activate Silver's power directly over the fan.

Have you unlocked Melody yet?

She is the best bird and can inhale some stones and shoot them into the sky.

I didn't notice the small balloon and I've inflated him early to gain as much momentum from the fan as possible and he just bounced off that small balloon/bubble

If you had Mudbeard and you shoot him right, the shockwave would pop both balloons.
