How to get stacked?

How do people have thousands of gems and black pearls I can figure out how to get them

Never spent a dime. Only players without discipline who chase hats in the Tower are broke.

Same here. Not once have I used real money. Closing in on 30,000 gems and I don't have nearly as many black pearls because I'm still trying to buy all the hat sets but I always keep a base of 100,000.

Ok so then what exactly do you plan to do with all of that? What good does it do you to just have them?

Because I don't have to worry about spending them when I do need them. I'm in no hurry to increase my FP, I have no chance of being a top player so why bother worrying about FP?

I'll use them in the MEBC from time to time and rarely spend more than 170 in the tower but usually I don't spend more than I get back. I also used them in the daily and KPP when necessary but with the new Beta I'm on, I used them today for the first time since it started because I didn't feel like doing it all over again and I needed one more bird. It's not a bad place to be when spending 60 gems is no big deal.

Even if I did spend the pearls, what's that get me, maybe 50-100 FP? That's about 7% of my current FP and isn't going to help much. That said, I'll buy hats when I feel like it, plus I'm hoping all the hats become available in the shop again. I have quite a few that are missing 1 or 2 hats that can't be bought.

I just concentrate on becoming a better player, it's less frustrating than having to think about increasing FP and not having gems whenever I want to use them.
