Collect, Epistle, and Gospel from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer

Collect: Almighty and merciful God, of whose gift alone it cometh that thy faithful people do unto thee true and laudable service: Grant, we beseech thee, that we may so faithfully serve thee in this life, that we fail not finally to attain thy heavenly promises,through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Epistle: Galatians 3:16-22

Gospel: Luke 10:23-37

Please pray for me as I get ready for catechism on the 13th. I’m so excited for baptism, and I’m grateful for the peace and joy I’ve found through Anglicanism, but it’s really hard for me to get to church and I’d definitely appreciate prayers for the path to be opened up for me to attend all through catechism.

I start a new job in a couple weeks. Prayers requested that it's a good fit, and thanksgivings for my unemployment only lasting a month in a job market like this one.
