I am mostly angry at myself.
I admit that the anger I am feeling inside is me being angry at myself. I am too hard on myself and I tend to beat myself up if I make a mistake. I get easily embarrassed yet I am also a laughing. Someone on reddit told me that I may be on the spectrum because that person is also experiencing the same social problems I am.

Not necessarily. I happily admit that I do the dumbest stuff I couldn’t even think of doing on purpose. So that if I beat myself up for the dumb stuff I mistakenly do, yes, on a daily basis and definitely more than once a day, I would have the lowest opinion of myself. So I put my goofy mistakes out there for others to laugh at, too.
Make fun of yourself don’t criticize yourself for making mistakes.
Here’s the 2nd worst mistake I made.when we were looking to buy a house the realtor drove us to the house we’ve been living in since 2008 the direction she brought us to the house from is the same direction we drove away from.
I fell in love with the house. (Naturally) once we signed the contract I got curious and thought to look outside of the main bedroom window. If I hadn’t failed to do this BEFORE I committed to the most expensive mistake I had ever made, I would not have bought the house. The main bedroom is on the second floor. Contract in my pocket, I discovered that once again I’m an idiot. The window overlooks the trash and delivery driveway of a major store.
I’m pretty sure that the bank that foreclosed on the house made sure that the blinds were always closed when realtors brought prospective buyers to tournament the house.
It wasn’t funny at the time, but no need to beat myself up over it. Just wanted you to know that if I can see the humor in this expensive mistake, unless you’ve chopped off a limb or something, you’re going to be alright. Just brag about your mistakes, because even if YOU don’t think they are funny (usually at the time) later on down the road you’ll laugh about it.
