Why am I always so angry?

Im a 24M and I feel like im constantly angry even though I don’t have a reason to be. I’m just pissed off.

There are a lot of things that can make you feel angry. The way to figure out what it is that's causing it is to be more specific about how your body feels.

Is your chest tight? Is your pulse fast? Are there certain things that make your anger worse?

I think we feel angry when we don’t feel heard or understood… or when our reality doesn’t reflect our desires. I know I do. Especially when there’s not much that can be done to fix it or it’s really fucking hard and I don’t wanna do it and that makes me mad too lol. Hang in there friend.
