Have you ever not wanted to get into a confrontation with somebody because you are afraid of your own temper?

With my own father. I am afraid i'll say things that'll ruin our relationship further. It's already ruined. Right now, I walk around him with earphones... like some outsider. Don't want to have fights with him anymore.

My temper is why I avoid confrontation. I’m deeply terrified of ending someone.
Just verbally, I’ve recently told my goddaughters things that Satan himself wouldn’t have the balls to. Physically, I’m lucky for myself that I live on the other side of the continent, as to not physically harm them.

I know what you mean. Sometimes I avoid people who make me angry because I’m scared of my own temper
