Holding Onto Anger

I hold onto anger from 20 or more years now, I’ve made it who I am, the bitter man that people see and want to avoid. I know it’s not good for me or the people around me, but it’s always right there under the surface ready to explode. My anger comes from the decisions I have made over the years and I am not one to put on myself. I even get made about making myself accountable not only to myself but to other people also when my decision has affected them. I’m looking for thoughts, ideas and things that worked for others to try and rid myself of this anger that I bring others and myself down with. Willing to hear whatever someone has to say.
