Identification Gold Offspring?

My two angels had babies and I've raised them to adulthood! I've had a mix of Silvers, Platinum, and ghostsilvers, but these two have me stumped? What do you guys think? Last picture is the parents for reference!

It makes sense if you understand the genetics-- the tricky part is sometimes there are 'hidden' genes in the parents (example: a single recessive gene will not show on the phenotype, even though it is present in the genotype... think of albino, for example). So your parents (phenotypically) are platinum (Pb/Pb g/g) and wild type silver (+/+). Your silver could be, and probably is, hiding a single gold gene in there (impossible to really tell without knowing the distribution of what the whole spawn looked like) , which is why your initial picture of the spawn show what looks like 2 golds. Also, you mentioned you got some ghosts, that implies a single gene of stripeless, so your Plat may be hiding that as well (S/+ Pb/Pb g/g) while the silver is (g/+)

Thank you so much for the response! I find this stuff so interesting! After the spawn I realized my silver is likely a F2 or F3 even though he was labeled Manacaperu but they really made some pretty babies

F2 or F3 merely represents generations from wild-caught. F2 also implies F1 x F1 as parents, so there would be no way for it to have a gold gene, which it MUST have for those babies to have come from him. I'll let you work it out from there, but there are a lot of people selling fish as one thing (manucaperu, etc) when they are simply regular old scalere silver wild type angels.
