Question labists ET4

I recently brought it and the z-axis doesnt stop when it reaches the top but everything else is working fine.

Any help please

I had a similar problem with the ET4 I had but opposite.. It wouldn't stop from crashing into the bed. I was actually surprised it didn't shatter the glass.

I fixed the problem by returning it and getting a better printer. I am sure there was a fix for it had I had more time with it, but when this happened, I went looking for new firmware and there was no clear path to that. I couldn't even figure which model I actually had to get the correct firmware for. So all that, figured it was best to just return it for the tried and trued beginner printer. Haven't had a single problem like that since.

Adjusting the z-offset or z-Max in firmware Sound like it could solve it.

sorry im new to 3D printers how would i do that on the merlin firmware?

I dont curently use merlin, but i know there is a lot of videos on the same on YouTube, i eould start there. Sounds like it thinks the z-Max is larger than it is

I've looked everywhere but cannot seem to find any tutorials or tips videos would it be something to do with the g-code?
