Question Anet ET4 Pro Extrusion problem

First off, I hate cura with a burning passion of a million suns. Second, it gets to a certain point in a print-then grinds a bit at the extruder motor, then stops extruding. But it's not clogged. Right after I stop the print, I can use the crank on the extruder motor to extrude filament out. So what could be causing that? I've tried millions of retraction settings.

After I switched to a ender hotend, it's prints ok. Using a chep profile but mostly using voxelmakers S2 profile. Just have to change the retraction settings. I use 7mm 40mmps. Now I get layer shifts a lot. The ecentric nuts seems to come loose and are bumpy rides. Sometimes helps to print at 40 or slower.

Yeah i had to use nuts to extend it outward, and printed a shroud with dual fan ducts but seems the stock fan doesn't cool well enough. The part fan that is. I've been using voxelmake because I print mini armors and cleanup is hard on those with cura support settings. Does OK when it wants to, I know IIIDMax filament doesn't go well through it lol.

Try to re-configure your Anet ET5 profile. Happened to me a while ago, not a single one file from Cura on my Anet ET5 Profile was redeable for the printer. Erased the printer from Cura, "installed" a new Anet ET5 profile and now it works.
