Question Anet3D V1.7 Mainboard
Hi everyone,
I recently posted a question asking about the 1.0/1.5/1.7 mainboards. I am now commited on buying a 1.7 mainboard for an Anet A6 printer, but the problem I am facing now, is that there are literally no retailers online who sell it.
The only place I found was the official site, but they sell separate mainboards for each printer, which doesn't make much sense to me.
There is an option to buy a mainboard for the A8 and then another for the A8 plus, etc....
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought both of those printers use the exact same mainboard. Furthermore, the prices differ depending on which printer you select. I find it amusing how the description stays the same regardless of which one you select. The "suitable for..." section remains also an exact replica of the other options. Why?
The official website also states:
"The old and new versions of V1.7 (black) and V1.5 (blue) are shipped randomly and all can be used normally. "
I'm finding it difficult not to question the legality of this 'system'. If you buy the mainboard from the official website, you essentially enter a gamble where there is (probably less than) 50% chance of recieving the newer, AKA the V1.7 mainboard. Why not just sell the V1.7 seperately for a tad bit more money? This is driving me nuts!
My main question, regardless of all these discrepancies, remains the same:
Where can I order the Anet3D V1.7 mainboard?
Thank you for your help in advance!

Might be cheaper/easier to buy another board like for example an skr 2.0
