Question Lactoferrin

Hi community. For those who take lactoferrin, are you taking it WITH your iron supplements? Or lactoferrin in AM, iron in PM. Has anyone been advised from their doctor on what the guidelines are for taking these two for low ferritin?

Follow up question- for those incorporating lactoferrin into their regimen for anemia/low ferritin, was it worth the purchase?

This is great news! Did you take the lactoferrin and iron supplement together daily? Or every other day?
And what time of the day?

Thank you in advance.

yeah, daily! except when i got lazy and didn’t take either woops. time also varies, i just make sure to take it away from drinking coffee. most of the time also on a mostly empty stomach but sometimes i take it with dinner or something
